We have worked with her for about a year and a half in search of our new home. Throughout all her time with us she has been super patient with us viewing several houses and sending out bids and communication skills was always on point. Love that she always sends us updated home listings posted within the hour so we could review and quickly put in our viewing time if we were interested. We were in a relatively big time crunch trying to move across the states, and she made every effort to work with us, communicate clearly with the home tours and coordinating our ability to see as much as possible. She was incredibly patient and I would highly recommend her.

She explained every step of the process clearly and kept us up to date on inspections and all of the showings of the house by her or other realtors. When the buyer's inspector identified that the deck needed to be refurbished, she coordinated with the contractors to procure the necessary repairs. Robin has been so wonderful to work with. This was our second time trying to find a house to buy, and our first time was sketchy and bumpy due to the realtor we used (in Virginia.) However, this second time around with Robin couldn’t have been better! We felt comfortable with her and knew we could trust her even though we’ve never met her in person or seen the house we just purchased. She is genuine and friendly. She made herself available to us anytime we needed, even with a two-hour time difference between KS and VA. She is a Junction City native and was super knowledgeable, helping us find a house in a good neighborhood and making sure our family needs were met with space and nearby schools. She also didn’t try to sell us on any house we looked at. There were several with water damage, mold, or even pest damage. Robin made sure to point these issues out to us during the walkthroughs. If she saw a possible issue, she would tell us. From beginning to end, we are so thankful we found Robin and got to work with her! If you want timeliness, genuine care, and superb communication, Robin goes above and beyond.

It was a complicated process, in that she kept my mother (age 93), my brother and I informed on the progress of the sale, from updating us on people looking at the house, through the negotiations and closing. This was all done remotely, as my mother and I are living in Texas. We were pleased with Heidi’s handling of the process and happy with the outcome. Heidi is an expert on the local market and was happy to answer our many questions. It was a pleasure working with her and I would absolutely do so again.
